Jim Brady

Jim Brady is a trustee at the University of New England. Jim was previously vice president of property management, operations, and audit at Castle Lanterra Properties LLC from July 2015 to January 2022. At CLP, Jim was responsible for property management, NOI/value growth, and company operations of a rapidly growing national portfolio. Jim also served as project manager for over $20M in 'value add' construction projects and created and ran the company's Operational Audit Department.
