Melinda Lilly

Melinda Lilly is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation and Performance Management at the University of North Texas System since September 2019. Prior to this role, Melinda held various positions at the University of North Texas from 1996 to August 2019, including Director of Academic Resources, Assistant Director for Academic Resources, and HR Representative/Generalist.
