Jayne Kielman

Jayne Kielman is an experienced professional in family business management and business development. Currently serving as the Family Business Manager at the Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa since August 2019, Jayne focuses on education and support for Iowa family businesses. As the Founder and Team Lead of Midwest DoodleFest since January 2016, Jayne has organized community events to benefit a local pet park. In addition, Jayne has been involved with Advance Iowa, providing consulting services to midsize companies, and holds roles in marketing and business development for SpoolMachine.com and Fast Forward Resources. With a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and advertising, Jayne’s education includes a Family Business Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Wartburg College, with an ongoing MBA at the University of Northern Iowa.
