Tim Lake

Tim Lake is an experienced Transformation and Change Advisor with a robust background spanning over two decades across multiple high-profile organizations, including Card Factory, the BBC, and Ubisoft. Currently serving as a Transformation Advisor and Coach at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Tim's expertise includes developing transformation plans, facilitating workshops, and coaching executive leadership. Previous roles include leading significant transformation initiatives at BBC News, where Tim designed new operational models and introduced agile practices, and serving as Programme and Change Lead at Daily Mail. Tim also has experience in IT transformation at ITV and Thomas Cook Group plc, and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
