Aaron O'Data

Aaron O'Data serves as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement at the University of Pittsburgh, a role that includes responsibilities as Chief Development Officer for UPMC. O'Data’s career at the University of Pittsburgh spans several positions focused on principal giving, strategic project management, and biographic research. Additionally, O'Data has experience as a tour guide for various organizations, including Walk the Burgh Tours, Threadbare Cider & Mead, and Wigle Whiskey, as well as working as an exhibit technician at the Senator John Heinz History Center. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public History from Duquesne University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Geneva College, along with ongoing personal enrichment studies in History at the University of Pittsburgh.
