Kinsey Casey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including government, nonprofit, and higher education. Currently serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Economic Development in Health Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh since January 2022, Casey previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the City of Pittsburgh, overseeing multiple city departments and operations under Mayor Bill Peduto.
