Amy Duncan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of The Brink SBDC at the University of San Diego, providing consulting and training to innovative entrepreneurs. With a long-standing commitment to the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, Duncan founded Goldfish Consulting, Inc. in 2008, specializing in advisory services for scientific founders. In addition, Duncan is involved with the San Diego Angel Conference as Fund Manager for SDAC III, contributes as an angel investor with Tech Coast Angels San Diego, and actively participates in the San Diego Entrepreneurs Exchange as an Executive Committee Member. Other roles include Board Observer at Abterra Biosciences, Startup Mentor at adastra.ventures, and previous involvement with the Angel Capital Association. Duncan holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University.
