Roger Chen

Roger (Rongxin) Chen is a Professor of Strategy and Innovation at the University of San Francisco, where engagement has spanned from 1995 to the present. Additionally, Roger is a founding member and serves on the executive board of the Center for Business Studies and Innovation in the Asia Pacific region. Prior experience includes an adjunct professorship at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from June 2005 to 2023. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Strategy and Innovation from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completed between August 1983 and February 1986.
