Tasnim Jaisee is an experienced professional currently serving as an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Project Specialist at the University of Saskatchewan since May 2021, previously holding the position of Research Assistant. In June 2023, Tasnim facilitated discussions for disability focus groups related to the Saskatoon Downtown Event and Entertainment District. Tasnim also held leadership roles at the University of Saskatchewan Students' Union from July 2020 to April 2022 as President and Women’s Centre Coordinator, and served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Saskatchewan from September 2019 to March 2020. Additional experience includes working as a Communications Assistant at Saskatoon Sexual Health and as an After School Program Coordinator at Greystone Sunshine Corner. Tasnim holds a Double Honours Undergraduate Degree in Political Studies and Women’s and Gender Studies, along with a Certificate in Queer Theory, Gender Diversity, and Sexualities Studies from the University of Saskatchewan.
