Aditi Joshi

Aditi Joshi is an accomplished sustainability and engineering professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, Aditi is actively involved in teaching sustainability management and environmental engineering courses. Previous roles include Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, where Aditi led initiatives for net zero carbon emissions in fulfillment centers, and Principal Engineer at Amgen, recognized for innovative energy management. Aditi's background also encompasses engineering management positions at CLEAResult, Mindfirst Inc., Hatch, Earth Rangers, and Husky Injection Molding Systems. Aditi holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.
