Craig Okumura is a seasoned professional in learning experience design with over a decade of experience at the University of Southern California, where roles include Senior Learning Experience Designer, Instructional Designer, and Organizational Learning Systems Manager. Okumura has successfully led large-scale learning design projects and has a proven track record in analyzing training needs and developing comprehensive training programs across various formats.
