Ken-Ichi Nomura

Ken-ichi Nomura is an accomplished academic and industry professional with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Practice and Senior Lecturer at the University of Southern California since July 2017, Ken-ichi has a strong background in both education and quantitative development. Prior roles include Quantitative Developer and HPC Scientist at Quantlab Financial, LLC from February 2015 to June 2017, and various positions at the University of Southern California from August 2002 to January 2015, including Systems Administrator, Research Computing Consultant, Research Assistant Professor, Postdoctoral Research Associate, and Research Assistant. Ken-ichi holds a Ph.D. in Physics and a Master of Science in Computer Science, both obtained from the University of Southern California.
