Rashad Smith

Rashad Smith is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Executive Director for Enrollment at the University of Southern Indiana since April 2016. Prior to this role, Rashad held multiple positions related to admissions and institutional effectiveness at Kentucky Wesleyan College from May 2011 to March 2016, including Director of Admissions and Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research. Rashad's career in admissions began at Catawba College, where from July 2001 to June 2011, roles included Associate Dean of Admissions, Coordinator of Admissions Communication & Technology, Assistant Director of Admissions, and Admissions Counselor. Rashad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Catawba College.
