Dhrub Mandal

Dhrub Mandal currently serves as TA Manager at the University of Strathclyde since March 2023. Previously, Dhrub held the position of Head of Talent in the People and Culture department at StashAway from January 2022 to February 2023. Dhrub's extensive experience in talent management includes roles as Head of Integrated Talent Management for Asia, Oceania, and sub-Saharan Africa at Nestlé from July 2018 to December 2021, and Talent Acquisition and Staffing Lead in the APAC region at Novartis from June 2013 to July 2018. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at Deloitte from November 2010 to June 2013, HR Executive at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2008 to October 2010, and an HR Intern at Mylan in mid-2007. Dhrub holds an MBA (PGDM) in Human Resource from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur.
