Malcolm Beattie

Malcolm Beattie is an experienced Linux Technical Consultant at IBM since August 2001 and serves as a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the University of Surrey in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences since July 2014. Previously, Malcolm worked as a Unix Systems Programmer at Oxford University Computing Services from September 1992 to August 2001 and contributed as a Perl Developer and Release Manager for perl5-porters@perl.org between 1996 and 1998. Malcolm holds a degree from the University of Oxford, where studies occurred from 1986 to 1992.
