Andrew Kaltz

Andrew Kaltz has extensive experience in the recruitment sector, holding various leadership roles over several decades. From 1991 to 2002, Andrew served as Regional Director at Office Angels, and prior to that, held the position of Recruitment Sales Manager at Kelly from 1988 to 1991. Starting their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Systems Support Southern in early 1988, Andrew transitioned to First Recruitment Services in May 2002, where significant roles included CEO and Managing Director, leading to the position of Advisor to the FRS Board until January 2024. Currently, Andrew contributes as a Student Business Mentor at the University of Sussex since January 2019. Andrew's educational background includes attending Hove County Grammar School from 1975 to 1982.
