Adam Panarello

Adam Panarello is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electronics and systems development. Currently serving as an Honorary Industry/Professional Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney, Adam also holds the position of Principal Engineer in Advanced Innovation at Cochlear, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team is focused on next-generation product incubation. Previous roles include managing the Electronics Group at GME and serving as Associate Director of Electrical at ResMed, where notable achievements included the development of the AirSense 10, recognized as the world's most connected medical device. With a strong foundation in electrical engineering gained through a Bachelor's degree from Western Sydney University and a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, Adam's expertise encompasses product development, technology implementation, and innovative design across various companies.
