Val Ruddick

Val Ruddick is an experienced financial analyst and HR professional with a background in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving at the University of the Fraser Valley since August 2022 in various roles, including Financial Analyst & Liaison and Interim Director of Total Compensation & Systems, Val has a strong history in human resources, having previously held positions such as Human Resources Information System Specialist at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and Assistant Manager for Compensation & Benefits at the University of the Fraser Valley. Val's extensive experience includes analyzing HR processes, leading cross-functional projects, and developing training programs, combined with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the Fraser Valley.
