Kirsty McNamee

Kirsty McNamee currently serves as People Manager at the University of the West of Scotland since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kirsty accumulated significant experience at Sureserve Group PLC from July 2014 to November 2024, holding various positions including Interim Head of HR, Human Resources Business Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor. Kirsty's earlier career included a tenure as HR Advisor at William Hill from June 2003 to June 2014. Kirsty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and is also qualified through the CIPD.
