Joel Kammeyer

Joel Kammeyer, MD, MPH, FACP, serves as the Division Chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases and Assistant Professor at University of Toledo Physicians, LLC, since July 2017. Previously, Joel Kammeyer was an Attending Physician at Infectious Diseases Associates of Northwest Ohio from August 2011 to June 2017 and at WakeMed from October 2006 to August 2011. Additionally, Joel Kammeyer completed a Clinical Fellowship at UNC Hospitals from July 2006 to July 2008 and held the positions of Chief Resident and Resident Physician at MetroHealth Medical Center from January 2003 to June 2006. Educational credentials include an MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine (1997-2002), an MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (2000-2001), and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Zoology from Miami University (1993-1997).
