Oliver Vavasour

Oliver Vavasour is a skilled professional in electrical and electronics engineering with diverse experience in power electronics and nanofabrication. Currently serving as the Platform Manager for the nanofabrication cleanroom facility at the University of Warwick, Oliver previously held senior engineering roles at Lyra Electronics Ltd and ePropelled, focusing on power electronics system development and research into electric motor technology. Prior experience includes a position as a Power Electronics Engineer at Arrival and a Research Fellowship at the University of Warwick, where Oliver contributed to the ESCAPE Project aimed at establishing a UK-based supply chain for silicon carbide power electronics. Oliver holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Warwick, complemented by a degree in Electronic Engineering.
