Sam Hardy

Sam Hardy has an extensive background in higher education and business development, currently serving as the Director of Flexible & Online Learning at the University of Warwick. With leadership roles in areas such as Work-based and Professional Learning, Degree Apprenticeships, and Business Development within the energy sector, Sam has focused on creating new academic programmes in collaboration with employers. Sam's additional roles include serving as a Director for the University Vocational Awards Council and holding an executive position at the Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership. With a PhD in Virology from the University of Warwick, Sam has cultivated a strong foundation in technology transfer and commercialisation, alongside previous executive experience as Chief Executive of Gadametric Limited.
