Kelly Ness

Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Washington

Kelly Ness is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington, focusing on the mechanisms by which microglia influence peripheral blood glucose regulation through various approaches, including chemogenetic and optogenetic methods. Prior to this, Kelly completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physiology at Penn State University, where graduate research spanned from 2014 to 2019.
