Joyceln Lorito is an experienced Accessibility Advisor and Learning Strategist at the University of Windsor, where responsibilities include promoting equity and creating safe learning environments. As Co-Chair of the UWinPride Committee, Joyceln focuses on initiatives that foster inclusivity. A Bounce Back Facilitator utilizing the Thriving in Action programming model, Joyceln also customizes learning strategies for students with diverse needs. Formerly a Residence Life Coordinator, both at the University of Windsor and Campus Living Centres, Joyceln managed teams and developed professional training programs. Joyceln's background includes serving as an Educational Assistant with the District School Board of Niagara, where support was provided for students with special learning considerations. Joyceln holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and diplomas in Educational Assistant Special Needs Support and Teaching English as a Second Language from Niagara College.
