Igor Nozhov

Igor Nozhov is a seasoned professional in the field of speech technology and computational linguistics, currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at SPITCH AG since November 2014, where the focus is on developing a conversational computing platform and speech analytics. Igor has also been a Lecturer at the University of Zurich since August 2018, teaching a course on Speech Technology and its Applications. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Yandex Zürich AG as Head of R&D, with expertise in speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies, and positions at Nuance Communications and SVOX AG as a senior research engineer. Igor's educational background includes a Ph.D. in information systems and processes and a master's degree in computational linguistics, both obtained from the Russian State University for the Humanities.
