Maria Klebanova

Maria Klebanova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research operations and partner relations. Currently serving as the Regional Team Manager for Research Operations at Universum since September 2018, Maria leads a cross-functional team and oversees research operations, vendor relationships, and budget management. Previous roles at Universum include Team Manager and Partner Relations Manager, where responsibilities involved consulting partners and managing talent surveys in the DACH region. Earlier experience includes serving as a Fundraising and IT-Security Officer at Reach for Change and an Assistant Curator at Neboltai, as well as internships in public relations and communications. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media from the University of Tübingen and is a graduate of the StepStone young leader program.
