Marty Connor

Marty Connor serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Toll Brothers since December 2008 and also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Univest since September 2022. Previously, Marty founded and led MarCon Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory firm specializing in real estate and financial services from September 2006 to December 2008. Additionally, Marty was a Partner and held the position of CFO and Director of Operations at Ernst & Young from August 1986 to October 2006. Marty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 1986.
