Manuel Roca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as General Manager at Funkymind Ventures since January 2010 and as Co-founder & Board Member of UNIVRSE since January 2022, Manuel is instrumental in developing innovative solutions for high-traffic venues in the Metaverse. As the Founder of Miaportacion.org, a social crowdfunding initiative launched in May 2010 to assist those in need, Manuel demonstrates a commitment to social impact. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of ATRAPALO.COM from May 2000 to November 2024 and an Active Investor & Board Member at Wikiloc Outdoor Navigation from July 2012 to June 2023, Manuel contributed to significant advancements in the outdoor recreation industry. Earlier professional roles include Product Development in e-Banking at Deutsche Bank and Finance Manager at ISOLANA. Manuel holds a PDG in Business Administration from IESE Business School, completed in 2005, and studied at UNED from 1988 to 1992.
