Martyn Platt Chartered MCIPD is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people development and culture. Currently serving as the Director of People Development & Culture and Head of HR Projects at Principles for Responsible Investment since July 2021, Martyn previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, where responsibilities included strategic HR leadership and managing key HR projects. Additional experience includes roles at Business in the Community as a senior HRBP, Common Purpose as an HR Manager, and earlier positions in HR administration and officer roles. Martyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in German & International Relations from the University of Exeter and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
