Felicia Fehrentz is a legal and humanitarian expert with extensive experience in international relations and project management. Currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Director of UNRWA Affairs in Gaza, Felicia also holds the position of Associate External Relations and Projects Officer focusing on donor relations. Prior roles include Access to Education Project Officer and Consultant at the International Committee of the Red Cross, where an independent operational review of the Access to Education Strategy was conducted. Felicia has also interned with the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals and supported police reform in Côte d'Ivoire through the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit. An accomplished academic, Felicia holds a Master of Laws in Public International Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Groningen.
