We are a team and believe that we can achieve more working collectively than we can individually. We are committed to an organizational harmony by working collaboratively.
We believe communications should be accurate, clear, and easily understood by all members. We transparently communicate our needs, goals, struggles and opinions and strive to create an environment where everyone has the information needed to contribute and be effective in their roles.
We feel it is our duty to lead and model diversity so that the communities we serve are represented throughout our organization.
We are committed to the equitable treatment of people throughout our organization that is free from discrimination and judgement of all forms.
We believe in implementing new ideas that change social beliefs, basic routines, and authority in social systems, to challenge the status quo and give youth a voice.
