Ritu Raj Shrivastwa, PhD, is a seasoned professional in system engineering and research, currently serving as a System Engineering Consultant at Up Technologies. As a Co-Founder of both Ficha and GLARE Applied Robotics Engineering Labs Private Limited, Ritu Raj has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Prior experience includes a role as Doctoral Researcher and Research Engineer at SuperGrid Institute and an internship focused on power system interconnection and control at Grenoble INP GIPSA-lab. Ritu Raj holds a Doctor's Degree in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology/Technician from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Master of Science in Smart Grids from Grenoble INP - Ense3.
