William Carter

Bud brings fifty plus years of leadership experience in the laundry industry. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Industrial Towel Supply, Inc. (ITSI). Bud spent 40 years revolutionizing the company and it became one of the largest independent laundry’s in in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. ITSI was acquired by G&K Services in 2005. He served on the Board of Directors at Citizens National Bank(a Mercantile affiliate) for many years, President of Elkridge Rotary Club, and Treasurer of the Milliken Kex Association, a Textile Trade Association. Bud is a great visionary leader and has been instrumental in the evolution of Up To Date Laundry, Inc.
