Siobhan Francis

Siobhan FRANCIS is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Siobhan serves as the HR Director - Global at UpClear, beginning in June 2023. Previously, Siobhan held the position of Sr. HR Development Manager - North America at iObeya from November 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Siobhan's earlier roles include HR Business Partner roles at Fiducial and SFHR, where organizational design and employee development were key focuses. Siobhan also worked as an HR Generalist at Five Stars Group and developed recruitment strategies as a Recruiter at Manpower Staffing. The HR career commenced at Veolia Transportation, managing recruitment processes and creating necessary procedures.
