Marcos Santillana

Marcos Santillana currently serves as Product Counsel and Head of Listings at Uphold Inc. since March 2022, and previously held the position of Digital Asset Research Analyst. Prior experience includes roles at LawInSport as Editorial & Research Associate from October 2020 to February 2022, and involvement with the Sports Law Academy at Mishcon de Reya LLP between October 2020 and June 2021. Marcos gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at International Justice Mission (June 2018 - May 2019), and held various student leadership positions during academic tenure at the University of Hertfordshire, including Student Representative and Law Society Treasurer. Additionally, Marcos completed several legal internships at Posada & Co, Stewart & McCullough Personal Injury, and served as a Traffic Court Agent at The Agent: Traffic Ticket Help from June 2012 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Hertfordshire.
