Sylesh Gopan

Sylesh Gopan currently serves as the Global ERP Head at UPL, overseeing the SAP and procurement platform Ivalua with a focus on global business value realization. Prior to this role, Sylesh managed the integration program for Arysta LifeScience's global businesses into UPL systems, handling over 60 entities across more than 45 countries. Sylesh has also held positions such as Head of SAP COE at Arysta India, where a program for migrating to a single ERP platform was initiated, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Schlumberger, contributing to global template design and rollouts. Experience at IBM includes various leadership roles in project and delivery management. Early career positions spanned module specialization at Atos Origin and consultancy roles at Fujitsu Consulting and Colgate Palmolive. Sylesh holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
