Kelly Carleton

Kelly Carleton is an experienced professional in partner success and behavioral health integration, currently serving as the Director of Partner Success at UpLift since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of VP of Partner Success at Mantra Health from January 2020 to May 2024, as well as Clinical Operations Director. Kelly's background includes significant contributions at Montefiore Medical Center from April 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading program logistics for behavioral health integration and piloting a mobile app-enhanced collaborative care program.
