Keith Lott

Keith Lott is an experienced education professional with a strong background in recruitment and school leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at Uplift Education since October 2007, Keith manages full-cycle recruitment for instructional and operational positions while developing effective recruitment strategies and collaborating with senior leadership on talent acquisition initiatives. Prior roles at Uplift Education include Manager of Recruitment and Talent Recruitment Strategist, where responsibilities encompassed the staffing of multiple campuses and the creation of effective interviewing procedures. Previously, Keith held positions as Principal and School Director, overseeing academic operations for various grade levels, and has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Dallas College. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a B.S. in Psychology/Pre-Med from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
