Laura Otto, MBA, SHRM CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as a Sr. People Operations Consultant at UpLift HR Solutions, Laura specializes in creating scalable people programs and enhancing company culture for small to midsize businesses.
