Chelsea Hastings

Chelsea Hastings is a Product Development Specialist at UPM Raflatac since July 2022, focusing on developing and managing adhesive formulations while collaborating with various teams to manage multi-million dollar projects. Previously, Chelsea operated Chelsea Hastings Coaching, where business development included building a website and managing client consultations. Chelsea also served as an Administrative Assistant at Southeast Missouri REALTORS®, as well as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid and I-Genius. Additionally, Chelsea's experience includes event coordination at Pura Vida Hostel and a co-op at Evonik, where formulation development and project management were key responsibilities. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
