Lauren Lloyd

Lauren Lloyd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment within the healthcare sector. Since 2007, Lauren has held several leadership roles at UPMC, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, where strategic leadership is provided for workforce planning, talent management, and recruitment across the Health Services Division. Previously, Lauren was the Senior Director of Talent Strategies and the Senior Director of Recruitment Service Delivery, overseeing recruitment practices throughout UPMC. Prior to UPMC, Lauren served as Director of Recruitment at TERRA Resource Group and held various HR positions at Provail, NCS Pearson, and Cumberland Hospital. Academic credentials include an MBA from Seattle University and a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Christopher Newport University, as well as participation in the UPMC Leadership Development Intensive program in 2015.
