Rima Wahbah

Rima Wahbah is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in CRM and management. Currently serving as the IT Concept Owner and CRM Europe Specialist at Uponor since January 2020, Rima previously held the position of Team Leader - CRM Systems and CRM Systems Administrator at OSN from February 2013 to October 2019. Earlier in Rima's career, roles included MIS Quality Assurance Supervisor and CRM Technical Support at Syriatel Mobile Telecom from September 2005 to December 2012. Rima holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Syrian Virtual University (2012-2014), a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same institution (2004-2008), and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Damascus University (2001-2003).
