Project and Program Management Team

The Project and Program Management Team at Upper Cumberland Development District coordinates and oversees various economic and community development initiatives across the 14 Upper Cumberland counties. The team manages projects, statewide programs, community services, special contracts, and a variety of benefits and loan programs to promote self-sufficiency, innovation, and regional collaboration.
