Tyler Dossett

Tyler Dossett is an experienced leader in customer experience and operations, currently serving as Franchise Owner at The UPS Store since September 2023, overseeing multiple locations in the Indianapolis and Noblesville area. Previously, Tyler held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Client Experience at Ideal Image, where leadership focused on sales growth and the development of a formal customer experience program. Tyler's extensive tenure at Hertz included roles such as Vice President of Digital and Customer Experience, where responsibilities encompassed managing a multi-billion dollar P&L and achieving top rankings in the JD Power Rental Car Satisfaction survey. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sociology from Olivet Nazarene University.
