Mark Schuyler Melby

Mark Schuyler Melby is an experienced operations manager and business coach with a strong background in logistics, coaching, and business development. Currently serving as Air Ramp/Air Cargo Managing Supervisor at UPS since April 2017, Mark oversees a 24-hour air ramp and cargo facility, managing over 400 union employees and 35 supervisors. Responsibilities include budget planning, international security screening, hazardous materials auditing, and personnel training. In addition, Mark has been providing coaching services through Beyond You Business Solutions since November 2006, specializing in operations, real estate, and client retention with significant results in client revenue increases. Previous roles include Regional Director for ABRA and Co-Owner of Open Door Realty. Mark holds a Master of Education in Cross Cultural Education from National University, a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Behavioral Research Biology from Arizona State University, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at MIT.
