Jake Faber is a professional with extensive experience in conservation and environmental management. Currently serving in Growth & Partnerships at Upstream Tech, Jake facilitates access to Lens, a tool that uses aerial and satellite imagery to aid land trusts and conservation organizations. Previously, Jake worked as a Project Manager for the Land Trust Alliance, managing a $500k national grant program and securing over $400k in funding for educational initiatives. At SouthWings, Jake organized aerial monitoring and educational flights, significantly increasing program output. Jake’s early career included roles as a Research Volunteer for Wild South and as a Crew Leader for the Student Conservation Association and Adirondack Mountain Club. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Conservation Biology from Middlebury College, with additional studies at the University of Lapland.
