Alison Decker is a Research Analyst at Upstream USA. In her role, Alison supports multiple monitoring, evaluation, and learning research projects and contributes to organizational learning regarding the implementation and outcomes of Upstream’s initiatives in the field of women’s health. She is passionate about increasing and improving access to reproductive healthcare services and reducing barriers to contraception across the United States.
Alison holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Public Health, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Upstream, she served as a project coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh Center for Women’s Health Research and Innovation, where she supported multiple research projects aimed to improve women’s health.
When she’s not working, Alison enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and finding the city’s best dog parks with her poochon, Theo.
