Jeffrey Hogan

Jeffrey Hogan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare analytics and consulting. Since January 2000, Jeffrey has served as President of Upside Health Advisors, specializing in commercial health insurance expert witness consulting, direct to employer solutions, and personalized medicine. From January 2018 to March 2024, Jeffrey held a board member position with the Moving to Value Alliance, which focuses on creating a value-based healthcare ecosystem. Prior experience includes serving as Northeast Regional Manager at Rogers Benefit Group from October 1991 to September 2021, overseeing sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, Jeffrey served as Chairman of the Town Council for the Town of Farmington, Connecticut, from January 2012 to January 2014, and was a member of the council from 2006 to 2010. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intellectual History and Economics from Clark University and attended Northeastern University in 1987.
