Cal Blair

Cal Blair serves as a Talent Partner for Uptick, focusing on fire and security software since February 2024, and is the Founder of GTE Search since September 2021. As Co-Owner of Unlimited Coworking, Cal Blair established a boutique coworking space in Market Harborough in January 2024. Previously, Cal Blair functioned as Head of Talent at Scalewise, overseeing GTM hiring for several SaaS scale-ups from May 2022 to March 2024. At RL People, Cal Blair held the position of Head of Delivery & Executive Search, building the delivery function for a niche agency from March 2020 to September 2021. Cal Blair also led talent acquisition for Amey Consulting and co-founded Fluxible, an unsuccessful B2B SaaS venture, prior to managing executive search at Coleman Grace and working as a recruitment consultant for Reed and Hays Solutions. Education was completed at Robert Smyth Academy.
