Julia Vishnev

Julia Vishnev is a seasoned professional in cost engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Cost Engineer at Urban Atelier Group since January 2017, following roles as a Cost Engineer and Risk Specialist/APM. Notably, Julia undertook the role of owner-builder for a private family vacation home in upstate New York from May 2014 to October 2018, overseeing design and construction management. Julia's experience also includes working as an Independent Contractor for Citybridge LLC/Intersection, reviewing survey information for NYC Wi-Fi hotspots, and holding various positions at Hunter Roberts Construction Group, focusing on cost engineering and project management.
